From our residence, you will be able to enjoy the proximity to the Campus Centro of the University of Granada, the renowned ESADA study centre and the famous Royal Conservatory of Music, all just a few steps away.

In our area you will enjoy a complete range of services and entertainment options, allowing you to explore the various plans that the city offers. In addition, with our activity programs and the LOOP Mates, we will show you everything that Granada has to offer.

Once we receive your application, our LOOP HOMES Palace team will contact you to confirm your application and indicate the steps to follow to make the payment of the registration fee.
We promise you a full refund of the tuition fee if you do not finally get a place at the University of Granada (check conditions).
Once you have been accepted at the University of Granada you can make the payment of the reservation to confirm your room with us.
Before the start of the course, we will contact you to request the necessary details to formalize your contract with the residence.
On the day you start your stay, we'll welcome you and help you settle in.
